What makes my coaching unique?
You improve yourself better with my help. I show you how to think differently. I know the structure performers need to bring their A game to the stage. I go into every detail. I focus on the game changers. I know the basic ideas of many disciplines, stealing and condensing the best, adjusting it to your needs.
I am always very competitive. In childhood, my friends were making jokes about me when playing games like: “Oh, are you calculating again, what the best turn might be?”, “You just can’t play games casually, can you?” or “Why do you even think about that? Let’s just play.”
After being in the top 5% in multiple categories like chess, competitive dancing and multiple gaming titles, I know what it takes to win. I am not very talented, but my grit and the systems I developed helped me climb very fast in anything I start doing.
Without my system of acquiring new skills to a profound level, I wouldn’t have achieved any championship title.
Then I moved to coaching, because I realized I was better at nurturing talent than competing myself. Competing is still at my heart, but sometimes you have to know the wars that are worth fighting.
I took athletes who were ranking in the top 1000 out of a pool of 2.7 Million and brought them into the top 10. Or I took others who were in the top 360 and pushed them to become a top 50 athlete. I took total beginners and made them regional champions in a year.
The work was fun, challenging and educative. After over 6000 hours of work with high performing athletes, I believe my next step is helping a broader range of performers achieve their next level.
Every performer wants to be at the top. Just looking down the mountain once, can become a live altering, addicting experience. But how do you get to the top of the mountain? Some people are just born that way, they know how to do it. They never really had to practice and instantly got “it”.
Now here comes the problem:
I don’t believe in talent!
Not at all. Whenever somebody is talented and gets result, he/she is working his/her butt off to get those. The “talent” people often refer to is a small portion of skills they brought with them to learn the fundamentals quicker than others. But it is easier to blame it on talent than on grit, because then everybody could achieve what they want to.
I won’t teach you how to become a shooting star. I need time to build a great system with you that helps you get sustainable results. I will walk with you and help you improve your thinking so your thinking creates actions that win.
